With the entire country being shut down over the past year due to COVID-19, many of us were not able get in to see our hairstylists for months. As a result, we found ourselves making do with a grown out version of a hairstyle we had pre-COVID. With that being said, shaggy layers and grown-out bangs became a new trend in hair, as people were faced with the option of cutting their own hair or letting it grow.
